Småskalighet och personliga bemötanden är Hondas vinnarkoncept i AutoIndex. Honda sålde inte ens 4 000 bilar i Sverige förra året, men det gjorde de så bra att kunderna gav dess återförsäljare de högsta betygen.
I AutoIndex-undersökningen tycker svenska folket till om service och bemötanden hos sina respektive återförsäljare. Ett 20-tal frågor som besvarats av privata bilägare med bilar av årsmodellerna 2008-2011 ligger bakom resultatet i undersökningen.
Mest nöjda är således Hondas kunder följda av kunderna från Lexus – totalvinnare i AutoIndex 2012 – Subaru och BMW. Minst nöjda med återförsäljarna är bilägarna som kör Fiat, Volkswagen och Seat.
